My path to design has been anything but conventional. Before pursuing UX, I worked hands on jobs, earned my Class B CDL, and became forklift certified. Even while working those jobs, art and design were always part of my life through making flyers for local shows, photographing moments on my travels, and sketching ideas whenever I could. I spent a couple of months living in a van, traveling and exploring National Parks throughout the States. That experience gave me a fresh perspective on life and sparked a love for the outdoors.
It was this experience that led me to Utah, where I decided to pursue a Bachelor’s degree in Digital Product Design at the University of Utah and turn my passion for art and design into a career. From graffiti in New Jersey and New York City to hitchhiking through Ireland and India or touring with friends’ hardcore bands, I have always carried a camera to document the world around me. These experiences shaped how I approach UX. I have a true passion for design, a curiosity about life, and a love for meeting and understanding people from all backgrounds. I focus on simplifying complex workflows, creating human centered experiences, and collaborating with teams to build solutions that are practical, meaningful, and make people’s day to day work better.
